Minor lay-out tweaks

Just some minor tweaks here and there this time, here’s the list of what I did:
- Installed spam blocker Akismet and Peter’s Custom Anti-Spam image verification for comments
- Sidebar images edited, some extra spaces added
- Banners will now randomly change every one minute, there are a total of 6 banners right now, will add more along the way
